Privacy policy
What we collect, and what we don't.
Last updated September 24, 2026
This policy covers DreLytics, the company, and the products it runs: the Ops Pilot app, the CounterReady ordering service, and the drelytics.com website. It's written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything here is unclear, email us and a person answers.
The short version. We collect only what a product needs to work. We don't sell your information. We don't run advertising trackers on our website. The Ops Pilot free tier shows ads through Google AdMob, and paid subscriptions are handled by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, each under their own policies. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

1. Who we are
DreLytics is a software studio based in New York, operated by Andres Garcia. It builds and runs the products named above. For anything in this policy, DreLytics is the party responsible for your data, and you can reach us at drelytics@gmail.com.
2. Ops Pilot
Ops Pilot is a business-operations app for iPhone and Android: inventory, sales, a ledger, tasks and a team, for one small business. Here is what it touches.
What you give us
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Email address and password | To create and sign in to your account. The password is never visible to us; sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. |
| Business name and settings | To set up your workspace. |
| Inventory, sales, ledger entries, tasks, schedules, announcements | This is your business data. It exists so the app can show it back to you and to team members you invite. |
| Team members and roles | If you invite people with an invite code, we store their account, their role (owner, manager, staff) and what they do in the app. |
What the app uses on your device
| Permission | Why, and what we keep |
|---|---|
| Camera | Only to scan product barcodes when you open the scanner. Scanning happens on the device. No photos or video are captured, stored or sent anywhere. The camera is off unless you're on the scan screen. |
| Local storage | Small preferences like your last-used settings, kept on the device so the app opens where you left it. |
Ads and purchases
Free tier: the free version shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. To do that, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and standard device information under Google's privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your phone's settings, and iOS will ask your permission before the app can use the advertising identifier at all. Ops Pilot Pro removes ads entirely.
Pro subscription: subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives a purchase receipt and an anonymous app-user identifier so it can confirm your subscription is active. We never see or store your card number. Apple's and Google's own policies cover the payment itself.
What Ops Pilot does not do
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We don't track how you use the app.
- No location tracking.
- No access to your contacts, photos, microphone or files.
- No selling or renting of your data, ever.
3. CounterReady
CounterReady is an order-ahead service DreLytics builds and runs for local food counters. There are two kinds of people it touches, and they're treated differently.
If you're a customer ordering from a shop
To place an order we collect your name, a phone number or email for pickup notifications, and the order itself. That information goes to the shop you ordered from so they can make and hand you your food. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; DreLytics does not store your card number. We don't use your order history for advertising and we don't share it with anyone except the shop you ordered from and the processor that took the payment.
If you're a shop owner using CounterReady
We collect your business details, your menu, and your orders so the service can run. You own your customer list. We don't market to your customers and we don't share your sales with other shops.
The free menu redesign
If you send us a menu to redesign, we keep the files you sent and the sample we made so we can finish the job and answer questions about it. Sample redesigns we post publicly use invented shop names, never a real customer's, unless that customer has agreed in writing.
4. drelytics.com
The website is a plain static site hosted on Netlify. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on it. Netlify, like any host, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) under Netlify's privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google. If you email or text us, we keep that conversation so we can reply.
5. Who we share data with
Only the providers a product needs to function, each bound by its own policy, and each receiving only what it needs:
| Provider | Used by | For |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase | Ops Pilot | Sign-in and storing your business data (Firestore). |
| Google AdMob | Ops Pilot free tier | Banner ads. |
| RevenueCat | Ops Pilot Pro | Confirming subscriptions. |
| Apple App Store, Google Play | Ops Pilot | Distributing the app and taking subscription payments. |
| Payment processor | CounterReady | Taking card payments for orders. |
| Netlify | drelytics.com | Hosting. |
Beyond that, we share information only if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a user or the service. We don't sell data. We don't share it with data brokers or advertisers beyond the AdMob banners described above.
6. How long we keep it
- Ops Pilot account and business data: for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where a copy must be kept briefly in backups, which expire on their own.
- CounterReady orders: kept for the shop's records for as long as the shop uses the service, then deleted.
- Menu redesign files: kept until the job is done and for a reasonable time after in case you come back for changes. Ask and we'll delete them sooner.
- Emails and texts: kept as long as they're useful for helping you.
7. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on your location (for example the EU, UK, California and several other US states) you may have additional rights, including the right to object to certain processing and to know we don't sell your data. We honor these requests for everyone, not only where the law forces us to.
To delete your Ops Pilot account and data: email drelytics@gmail.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my Ops Pilot account". We confirm within 2 business days and finish the deletion within 30. If you're the owner of a business workspace, deleting your account deletes the workspace and its data for everyone in it, so transfer ownership first if a teammate needs to keep it.
To stop ads: subscribe to Ops Pilot Pro, or limit ad tracking in your device settings. To cancel a subscription: use your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings; we can't cancel it for you because the store holds the billing relationship.
8. Children
Our products are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 where that is the local threshold). If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we'll delete it.
9. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS. Ops Pilot data lives in Firebase with access rules that only let a business's own members read that business's records. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us. No system is perfectly secure, and if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data we will tell you without unreasonable delay.
10. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. For anything material, such as a new category of data or a new kind of sharing, we'll also say so inside the affected product before it takes effect.
