For an inquiry about the earlier CounterReady deli/ordering project, email drelytics@gmail.com with the shop name and relevant order or project reference. The current household/freezer prototype is a separate direction.
Digital download help
Support for the DreLytics four-paycheck and annual planners, and the Faith Gone Viral five-puzzle word-search PDF. These downloads are files; no physical product is included with them.
A Payhip planner download or file problem
Email drelytics@gmail.com with the product name, order reference and a description of the issue. For file problems, include the spreadsheet app/browser you used. Do not send bank login details or full payment-card information.
A Faith Gone Viral Etsy download or file problem
Reply in your existing FaithGoneViral Etsy conversation, or use Help with order from the original Etsy purchase. Include the order reference and describe the download or PDF issue.
An order or refund question
Contact the seller through the store where you purchased the download and describe the problem with your order reference. Purchase, refund and access terms are separate from the household-use license supplied with the files. Check the terms shown with your purchase; nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
A project we're building for you
