How this example was made. Furniture was isolated from a generated image and placed over the untouched original photograph, with small local contact shadows. The native 3264×2448 result was reopened and checked: original room pixels outside the furniture and declared shadow areas were unchanged. Each new photo needs its own review; this single example does not establish the same result for every room.
Resolution limit. The furniture donor was 1448×1086 and was enlarged 2.254×. The native composite’s canvas size does not mean native high-resolution furniture detail. These web previews are resized and compressed; final format and usable dimensions are agreed for your actual photo.

What is included?The furnishing edit
Movable furniture added to the agreed empty-room photo or photos, in one selected style. One furnishing revision within that scope and an original/staged comparison are included. We confirm the specific furnishings, final file format, usable dimensions and timing in writing before an order.
What should I send?The photo brief
Send the original, highest-quality empty-room photo or photos, your preferred style, the number of images and your requested date. Include the intended use or listing destination, required dimensions, any disclosure rules and the person who will approve the result.
Confirm you own the photos or have permission to have them edited. Tell me about licensing, privacy, AI or cloud-processing restrictions. We review those permissions and the actual processing method before using your photos.
What stays outside the scope?The boundaries
This is furnishing, not renovation. Fixed architecture, windows, doors, floors, fixtures, exterior views and visible condition must remain accurate. Damage removal, finish changes, room expansion and construction changes are excluded. Photos with unsuitable resolution, complex edges or other fidelity limits may be declined.
Extra styles, revisions or images need a separate agreement. We agree on supported dimensions from the actual source and review each final image at full size. Furniture fit is illustrative, not a measured floor plan.
How is virtual staging disclosed?Before you use it
The edited version must be identified as virtually staged. Tell me the destination’s labeling and listing requirements before work begins so we can agree on the visible label and accompanying disclosure. You retain the original for comparison. Approval for a specific listing platform is not included or assumed.
